Welcome package
Welcoming your guests, handing over of the keys, visiting the house, giving instructions for the stay, fixture, fitting, and furnishing inventory at the beginning and at the end of the stay, repair service throughout the stay. Price per visit.
Linen package
We provide house linen, sheets, towels (2 sizes) and bath mats. Price per person.
Cleaning package
We do the end-of-stay cleaning, on estimate according to the house surface area and the number of rooms. Price per visit.

Checking the pool water quality at each visit. Price per visit.
Garden mowing package
Price per mowing according to the garden surface area, only if it can be done by garden tractor.

Booking service prices
“Simple” formula:
- Only advertisement and rental management on different platforms (using specific software): 12% commission VAT INCL
“Soft” formula:
- "Simple" formula + coordination of your service providers + verification before each stay + welcome basket: 22% commission VAT INCL
“Superior” formula:
- Cleaning, welcome basket, physical reception and handing over of keys, exit inventory: 30% commission VAT INCL
Linen rental for travelers and gîte owners:
- Individually or in packs of 10 beds, with or without bathroom linen
PROPERTY CARETAKING RATES
Guarding package:
Visiting once a month minimum, we carry out an interior and exterior inspection of your property according to jointly written specifications. We ensure a systematic passage following storm.
Actions we purpose:
- On each visit the house is open and airy.
- Inspection of mailbox and meters.
- The equipment in the house is tested to ensure that it functions properly.
- Watering plants
- Presence during delivery of wood or fuel,
- Presence during maintenance interventions (chimney sweeping, restarting the swimming pool).
- Commissioning of water, electricity and equipment meters before your arrival
100€ per visit for 1 hour of presence.
